Discovery and biathlon training
The Villard-de-Lans ESF offers you to discover biathlon or improve your technique in this sport combining rifle shooting and nordic ski.
To participate, it is necessary to know how to slow down ("snowplough" technique) and the skating move. Whether you prefer classic nordic ski or skating, you can have fun and improve on a little path of 200 to 500 meters.
You can book one class or a 3 days training (only during the school holiday).
